Excellent work life balance Diversity in local offices only Supportive and collaborative local team Once a fantastic company.

Cons

Eroding leadership and management - lacks vision, interpersonal and technical skills. In other words - clueless, no strategy, no direction. Dictatorship style. Growth strategy = M&A and no R&D of existing Geneos product. Buying up companies with no growth potential. APAC and North America offices don’t have enough staff to meet business needs because people quit like there’s no tomorrow. Lack of respect for women.

-Strong client base -platform has great reputation and rightfully so -firm provide platforms in a good space (realtime enterprise IT monitoring) -good people with a positive vibe

Cons

-space is getting more and more competitive and management needs to make sure engineering is iterating fast with relevant new features.
