- Pay is below market rate for most positions, in the US- health insurance has high premiums, with no willingness to adjust to the cost-of-living, yet have no problem funding 5-star travel for the entire GTM team, fine dining, and fancy holiday parties. - Senior leadership is a revolving door- no cohesive strategy, and company is very stubborn. There is no willingness to adapt to the product or GTM strategy to 2025, when a leader tries they are quickly gone. - Products are falling behind in a fast moving market, there are several better solutions out there, feels disingenuous to sell ITRS products to prospects -Very stiff/formal energy- not what you would expect out of a small, modern tech company. Feels like working at a bank in the 80s sometimes.

-No cohesive strategy for their portfolio -Lack of investment in R/D makes staying competitive commercially very difficult -No real regard for employees outside of London (they talk a big game but unfortunately never deliver on supporting teams outside of the HQ. Honestly feel like an afterthought) -Very little transparency about direction or goals of the org. Previous CEO seemed to actively avoid talking to staff. New one is seemingly falling into the same pattern -They wont invest in long term enablement or growth of their staff at all
