- Work/Life Balance - Provide good training - Holiday Allowance - They will treat you to drinks on Thursdays

Cons

- Compensation is low - Conversations around advancement are always delayed for other priorities, when one "priority" is completed they delay it for the next - Too many leaders have a say in the sales process, nothing gets done and process changes frequently - Essentially two different companies acting as one, often conflicting - Hours of pointless meetings - Senior leadership is all talk, and actively hinders progress - Have lost several employees across BD, pre-sales, and Account Management yet have done nothing to address it, and was personally told I was replaceable
