      Flexible Timings, some incharges are very lenient, salary is good for higher ups,

      Nothing much to learn, most of the people work like operators with no innovation, is far from good part of bangalore

      Pros

      diversity of segments and technologies very strong STEM, mentoring, professional development programs for new engineers lots of opportunities for growth and learning

      Cons

      very decentralized, leads to lack of communication across segments need to develop your own networks, no common IT infrastructure, so most connect on LinkedIn (all emails in different domains)

      Good company, but poor strategic leadership

      Great benefits, solid middle management.

      Cons

      Senior management has been shaky through some serious strategic changes in the last couple years. Business simplification was very successful. However, there is significant shareholder value that could be driven through strategic sourcing, but they have not shown the commitment, support, or strategic knowledge to implement it on the massive scale of the company.
