Pros

Nothing much to be said, 1. If you are fresher, you can use opportunity to learn new things for 1 or 2 years 2. work from home as they cant afford office space

Cons

Coming to cons.... 1. Work life balance is worse than worst, they will expect you to answer the call at 1am ,there will be only work balance, not work-life balance (Forget your life if you are in this company). 2. Don't expect the appraisal in your life if you are working here 3. Even if they start the appraisal process and make you fill out the self rating forms, it will be forgotten in few weeks and there wont be any discussion on this and this repeats every year. 4. They will give salary hike once in a blue moon like 3 or 4 years to all the employees which is too low only to make you stay. 5. They will make you work on weekends and even on your day offs 6. There wont be any bonus or incentives or anything, for diwali you can expect the gulab jamun or 1k coupon. 7. Even if you contribute so so much, you wont be get recognized or get any benefits.

Once a great place to work — now losing its way

Pros

A strong culture in the past where people stayed aligned and made things happen despite professional disagreements. Tremendous learning opportunities and a talented workforce with the potential to drive growth.

Cons

The CEO relies too heavily on whoever speaks first, without understanding the real ground reality. Long-serving talent is being mistreated — salaries are delayed, hikes are withheld, and appreciation is almost non-existent. Many leaders are busy grabbing credit for the team’s work just to stay visible and protect their roles. The HR leadership is disconnected and ineffective, leaving people with no confidence in HR’s ability to support them. Although learning opportunities exist, the internal culture makes it hard for people to truly benefit. The repeated excuse that “old-timers blocked the company’s prosperity” has become obsolete and needs to stop — this mindset is holding the organisation back more than the people ever did.
