About management - Selfish guys, only wish for theirs good doesn't care abour employees (only bday wish mail) - False promises, in every calls - Talk like care more for employees, those are very good acting - All management are toxic, all ambitionless For me and my teammates all this above was happened. Good company for experienced .I will not suggest this for fresher. Mandatory leaves available for every year at the month of December.

Cons

Salary pay is very low when compared to market value.skilled resource should be priotrized over experience resource in terms of hikes.
