      Pros

      IXL treats their employees well. They have amazing benefits and PTO policy. Everyone in the company that I've interacted with has been kind, respectful and hard-working. They have a play hard, work hard mentality and trust that you do your job. Managers are approachable and want you to succeed.

      Cons

      None thus far - have only been here for a short time!

      IXL Review - Raleigh Durham Office

      Pros

      I've been working at IXL for one month and so far I've had a very positive experience! Some of my favorite parts of the job are: - Flexible hours - you have the option to come in early to be able to leave early. As a former teacher, I am definitely a morning person so this is a huge plus for me. - Thorough training - the training I received made me feel well-equipped to do my job. Any questions I've had since being trained are addressed by my colleagues, who are super friendly and helpful. - Culture - My colleagues have been very welcoming. The office has many social events and is generally a relaxed atmosphere. I feel my superiors are approachable and help employees find solutions when we come to obstacles. - Benefits - I feel the benefits packages are competitive and the time off policy is hugely helpful.

      Cons

      - Not located directly in a major city - the RDU office is actually located in Morrisville, and while it is very centrally located between Raleigh and Durham, I wish it was actually in one of those cities as those are typically more desirable places for young professionals to live than Morrisville. - Cubicles - I do wish the office was more of an open floor plan rather than individual cubes. The RDU office does have some open spaces for collaborative work.
