Pros

Fun people, challenging projects, learn something new every single day, get to know everyone, a club for almost any interest, the occasional free lunch.

Cons

Building currently being renovated, can be inconvenient. Can be far if you live in the city or in the south bay.

Pros

The mentorship, training and support and IXL are excellent. Coming from a small startup, I was looking for an opportunity refine my skills. People are extremely friendly, very helpful, and extremely bright.

Cons

Coming from a startup, there is a little more process and procedure to getting things out the door, but the company runs very smoothly and learning to navigate the various teams is straightforward.
