      Pros

      It's a friendly easy-going atmosphere, with a lot of very intelligent, respectful people working beside you. IXL is a pretty flexible environment.

      Cons

      Fewer free perks than what I've seen at other companies around the bay, but the discounted yoga classes and massages are pretty nice.

      - the company has high standards for employees, which means you work with lots of intelligent, creative people that challenge you to do your best work - compensation and benefits are very good - fun perks (massage, yoga,...)

      Cons

      location is not ideal if you don't like nearby, since it's not very easily accessible via public transportation (but that's pretty minor)
