-pushing return to office -promotion criteria unclear -company caters to the sales team -no importance placed on equity/diversity -low base pay, which is a reflection of them recruiting under paid NC teachers -bonuses can be large, but the pay structure doesn’t reflect the actual job role -company made millions off of COVID, but employees didn’t see an increase in pay -claim to have unlimited PTO, but HR has expressed that taking more than 14 days is frowned upon -frequently increased workload while covering for others, but no increase in pay

Feels a little micromanaged from the very top of the organization. Compensation is not at the industry standard, probably because so many of the employees are former teachers and are willing to settle, and there is not a clear path for career growth.
