      Provided with decent health benefits

      Cons

      No appreciation or respect for support employees. Pay is extremely low relative to what is offered by other companies for the same position. Busy season is EXTREMELY overwhelming for support employees (expect hundreds of customer emails in your inbox everyday in September/October). Higher ups do not want to hire more people or early enough to train them adequately.

      Flexible work schedule, great benefits, socials, volunteer time, you are given the opportunity to take the role you are in and run with it

      Cons

      Lunch/Snacks not provided. Providing lunch would allow employees to come together to get to know each other Kept out of the loop with where the company is going

      Thanks for the feedback! I hope you've had a chance to attend one of the company updates recently. The format is now more frequent and Paul shared some great updates about the direction of the company in our last meeting.
