Nothing good in this company.
Cons
Bad management, bad treatment to experienced and freshers, too much internal politics from lower level employees, employers just looking to save money, no infrastructure, no employee benefits, no of leaves are too less, management forced people to work on weekends and national holidays, unnecessary deductions in salaries, no performance evaluation, too bad appraisals, office timing is not proper, too much micromanagement, dont give you leave even when feeling unhealthy, no parties, no outings, from first day of joining work is alloted, to training provided.
