The company also motivates people to learn and apply different technologies, and take ownership of the project. Friendly environment and good learning and financial opportunities. Overall, good work life balance with growth opportunities.

Cons??? Cons depends on the perspective of a person to different situations. Some may find cons in some scenarios, while the same scenario may be good for some others. I guess, you can easily judge how the company would be if an employee has been working there for so many years.
