Pros

Great work environment, extremely smart and talented team, exciting ideas and strong vision for the future of the business. Business is well funded as it is backed by a major international bank. Benefits and pay are strong. Team events including lunch, cortadito runs, and puzzle making are common. If you are interested in working hard to build something from the ground up, this will be for you.

Cons

Startup environment, so you must be flexible to change and be a self starter/learner. If you require strict job description and structured training, you may struggle.
