Pros

- Personable and very knowledgeable team - Flexible startup environment i.e. not corporate - Opportunity to build processes from scratch (really contribute to the development of the product) - Interesting space i.e. fintech

Cons

- Office temperature is sometimes eerily cold (AC must be on the fritz) - Being a startup, there are constant changes in product. This can be difficult to adjust to if you're not prepared for a dynamic environment and more used to an already well-established company with rigid structure

I am an individual who constantly is challenging myself, looking to learn something new everyday, and loves being a part of a team while being an independent contributor as well. Idea Financial has satisfied all these areas and beyond for me. The culture of the team is my favorite. This is a company that builds a cohesive team. We always have a positive energy in the work environment, enjoying bonding at team events or just at lunch, and are all passionate about the achieving the goals of Idea Financial. After that, the growth opportunity is amazing. They will put your skillset to use, challenge you in personal development in your skillsets, and rewards for good work. I'm ecstatic to be a part of the team and look forward to every day at Idea Financial.
