1. Pathetic Work Environment and culture 2. Salary doesn't credit on time. 3. Very bad leave policy 4. Lots of Micro Management/ you'll feel like a pressure cooker 5. HR lies about policies 6. WFH for managers only(before joining they tell you about wfh facility) 7. Single toilet(even not cleaned well) on each floor(4 storied building). 8. Forget about the appraisal(3/5 % average) 9. Even they harass you for PF transfer/withdrawals etc 10. Managers call employees on weekends(it's normal there) 11. Support staff(including HRs) are highly unprofessional

1. the company just try to control and create fear about recruiters job in-order to make them work. 2. To be honest they do not even care about ones health, all they want is work even during sickness 3. Discussion about ones personality and how they got such personality is the main thing about HR. 4. HR lies about everything 5. worst thing about top level big-shots in staffing is they do not know when to stop talking bad about other team members 6. toilet on each floor stinks (4 storied building). 7. Even a review on glassdoor is had to be put in fear as they call each individual whom they have doubts and screw their happiness even its not his or her mistake or review. 8. No job security at all.Trust me.
