My Favourite Section (Wanted to Bring to your notice that i am writing this review with so much of energy because i don't want people to waste your career even after switching to new Company "Exactly what we have been through"):-
1. Short Disclaimer :- All the reviews which you see about data Science being nice are probably the management itself. Please Try to avoid them i can assure they are 100% fake .
2. There is no process in this company probably if you are being interviewed. They would ask you questions of machine learning in interview and tell that we have lot of projects on machine learning. You would get to hear things like will you deep learning , and various models etc. But the truth is not even near. They will blabber things about process but when it comes to them they feel like they are Dictators.
3. Being There for 2 years probably i did not work on even "D of Data Science". Data science lead will never ask you to write a custom model he would always try to stick to some Pre-built API(By :- AWS,GCP) which shows how much they want to use machine learning.
4. Enough of Technical, Coming to HR Probably People. After getting kicked-out(will explain in detail next) by the company you would have to call them multiple time (like 100-200 times only) for the money which is ours and they have to process.
5. Yes About Kicked-out, I was Kicked out by the management. Probably because i was responsible for a loss of a project.
