Pros

Full remote, hybrid and office opportunities, supportive inner climate and meaningful product.

Cons

Within the company, can't really bring anything up, there just isn't an office in the region I am in and sometimes miss the abilities to work together face to face.

In terms of office space, in keeping with our remote & hybrid working philosophy, we do not have offices in all regions as you've highlighted. We're hoping in 2024 to have more connection opportunities so those who are remote and do not have offices nearby have more face-to-face interactions. I've been working for over a decade, and I've never come across a company as awesome as Ignition. Perks, benefits, salary, management/leadership, growth opportunity, culture. All I could ever dream of having! - work-life balance, can I give a 6/5? :)

None that I could think of. Honestly!
