We also appreciate each region & countries uniqueness and look to have our customer facing teams provide this feedback to leadership as we plan and understand our markets more. As we are a fast-growing, SaaS business, we recognise that growth comes in many forms, and targets and other success metrics are key performance metrics for us and our Sales team. Thank you for the review! We can agree that as a growing SaaS business, our style of work can be fast paced. We try to balance this with having our generous time off policies and other wellbeing benefits, along with involved management and senior leadership, to further support our employees.
