- fairly decent work life balance - 100% remote - Friendly co workers

Cons

- Trying to grow to aggressively without the resources to do so. -focus on sales first mindset - Not a lot of great internal processes defined. Not structured well enough to grow at the pace they would like to - Leadership doesn't really value feedback or take initative to make needed changes
