Pros

ImageTrend is an incredible company—I love it here! The culture and community are top-notch; it’s like a family where everyone’s pulling in the same direction. The leadership is fantastic—supportive, inspiring, and they set a high bar that makes this place special. For me, the job’s a perfect fit—challenging, fulfilling, and worth every minute. Yes, it’s an amazing place to work, but it’s not a free ride. We’re in a tough, competitive market, and that means hard work and pushing through discomfort. That’s what success takes—doing hard things and overcoming challenges. I thrive on it here.

Cons

It’s sad to see a few unhappy folks hide behind negative digital posts instead of facing issues head-on. In my humble opinion, they lack the courage to speak up, tackle problems, and better themselves. ImageTrend’s too good for that selfishness—it’s a business, not a charity, and we’ve got to keep the balance right.

If You Love Abuse

Pros

There are still a few dedicated employees who are really looking to make a difference for their customers. Joe Graw is still the figurehead for most customers. Pat, the new CEO seems like he cares. Products that work, work very well.

Cons

Micromanagement is a killer for morale. If you love being talked down to, cussed at, and told you have nothing better to do than spend every waking minute for the company, you will love it here. Leadership is completely revenue generation and process focused, which leaves very little time to actually connect with customers. We are told to not spend time on things unless money is there. They continue to double down on failed processes, underlined by the lack of quality data, placing blame on the sales team. We are told "don't mention data quality to the investors or Sr. Leadership. They're well aware". But we constantly question if they really are. We are told that we can find it ourselves. But that's not really the point. Did we need to hire a whole team to produce trash data? It's frustrating, and seems like a waste. "We will not lose over price." was the call to action in a recent Sales Kickoff. However, losing over price was all we seemed to do in 2024. We bring pricing to the attention of leadership and are told "we're not for everybody", and are chastised when we ask. (It has been much better so far in 2024) Products are prematurely released, not working, or as promised. When customers complain about fees attached to products that were previously promised to be rolled into the solution at no cost, we are told "well this is a better product than when those were made". Finally, there is no communication between teams. Implementation questions what Sales is selling (sales is told to sell, and that it's Implementation's job to figure out how it gets done. There are incentives for Support to kick tickets back to sales in order to hit their KPI's, when there is nothing to sell, or it is unneeded. I understand. It's all about the money. But at what cost to the customers and the company?

Lots to take in here and we appreciate all feedback. We also feel many of these statements are not entirely accurate. We understand you may not be having the most positive experience, and we highly encourage you to approach HR or the CEO to discuss your concerns directly, especially if your leader is not addressing you in a professional manner. The Pulse surveys we conduct are helpful to identify trends and patterns that may indicate concerns, but they are also aggregated, so it's tough to help you as an individual when we only have anonymous surveys or online reviews to go from. We will continue to make investments to improve our products, systems and processes, and certainly don't expect employees to spend every moment focused only on the company. Staying balanced is vital to performing at our best. We do, however, expect that employees will help us identify solutions, work collaboratively to improve and ensure we're doing the right things for our customers and the community. We are excited about the future and changes we're making to continually improve and encourage you to work with us to make things better. Please reach out so we can discuss and help.
