Pros

Constant change, innovation really believed in, not just paid lip service to, super people, interesting technology areas such as graphics, video, audio plus consumer brand Pure, which adds whole other aspect to company

Cons

Constant change, no coasting, not that many peers to go to in UK after having been at Imagination - all look like a step down.

Pros

Small, flexible and high Tech! Our industry, background screening is very young which means it is growing very fast! People are laid back but work really hard!

Cons

Need one more bath room to share. I't stays busy all the time! Owner is brillant, but he takes on too much of the adminstration side of the business. He has no life which is sad.
