Some interesting projects to work on; hw and sw teams are closely collaborated; easy to commute to london; colourful sports and social activities.

Cons

rare promotion opportunities; strict hierarchy system; hard to step into international industrial discussion; depressingly managed; needs to be make huge personal efforts in order to be recognised.

Cons

Not competitive salary; no recognition mechanism in place Salary should reflect market rates and be increased. More responsibilities should be shared with other Engineers. Share option is not worth, so should not be a selling point.
