As far as we can tell, we compensate our employees at or above market standards. We find ourselves in a unique position. Because of government regulation and budget constraints, the educational sector is very slow to adopt change. So we have the unique challenge of pushing schools to accept the latest in teaching methods and technology, but not moving so quickly that we leave our customers behind. One of our company values is "Be innovative and change the world." We do this every day as we enlighten schools on the best ways to use technology in the classroom. Our exceptional employees regularly innovate as they bring new ways to do things to the table. Also, as we've said in response to other reviews, now is a great time for advancement because we are growing rapidly.
