Thank you for your review. Thank you for noting our great product and our smart, creative team members. We want to honor your other perspectives however you make some claims that do not ring true. Individuals at Imagine Learning are absolutely promoted based on past contributions and the belief that they are the best candidates for the job. We look inside and outside the company for innovator thinkers, strong leaders, and employees with vision and experience. Admittedly, we’ve gone through huge changes over the past year–both in leadership and product—but these changes have set us on the course we’ve aimed at all along. It can be hard when people are let go in the midst of change and we understand those feelings.
