      Pros

      I've liked every manager I've had at Imagine Learning. The company hires good people -- not just good workers or good employees. The leadership is solid; the president, Joe, has a lot of integrity. The product is great so you can be passionate about what you do.

      Cons

      Can't think of any cons.... The company is growing. Hopefully it will keep its longstanding culture.

      Culture. Mission. Leadership. Location...and did I mention leadership?

      Cons

      Typical growing pains of a company that is amazing: modifying systems for scalability, resistance of old-timers to move forward with rapid growth.

      Pros

      The best thing about working at Imagine Learning is the great work environment; especially the people. Mostly everyone is nice and willing to help out, even if the work is not part of their job description. Also, the benefits are really good as well as the additional perks like a snack pantry.

      Cons

      A lot of the positions in the company are specialized so sometimes it is hard to advance career-wise.
