Pros

Imagine Learning is the most amazing company I've ever worked for. The culture is a positive and supportive one. The reviews about religion being a reason for promotion is simply untrue as the entire Education Support Management team are not Mormons. This is an inclusive, caring company that still truly cares for employees and better yet the students we serve.

Cons

Some growing pains and lack of clear communication at times.

Pros

Lunch and Learns, Book of the Quarters, Amazing Summer Vision Conferences, quarterly activities, one a week Motivation meetings with management, Ability to move from department to department if opening does exist, pantry, game rooms

Cons

New Ownership, bad management, no trust, no transparency, values are no longer actually followed, money is more important than the kids they supposedly serve, don't speak up or you are a "troublemaker", putting out product not fully tested, quality no longer wanted, architects with no experience planning products that do not work, execs that are out of touch with employees, have a great time working has been replaced with "slave labor" mentality.

Pros

Great people contributes to great culture contributes to great day-to-day working environment. In my view the mission of the company and impact of the product on children provides additional motivation and drive.

Cons

Documentation/communication across customer-facing teams has not been as consistent or organized as it maybe should be, although I feel it is improving steadily.
