Pros

Great pay, freedom to do what's best for your territory, products are strong. Relatively easy sell in an industry with significant needs.

Cons

Leadership has shifted a bit over the last couple years. Not 100% certain that we still care about supporting schools/students vs bottom line revenue. Internal hurdles make job difficult. Required to maintain knowledge of 15-20 different products.

Pros

Pay is decent, people are good

Cons

No organization, the tail is wagging the dog, they are constantly building the plane as they are flying it.

Not a bad company overall

Pros

Some great coworkers. You get to be a contributing factor in a Childs education. Great learning environment for the most part. Decent pay. Decent Vacation time with holidays and end of year week break.

Cons

Multiple rounds of layoffs over the past two years have created job insecurity. Lack of raises and minimal annual bonuses affect employee morale. Advancement and promotion opportunities are limited and often dependent on personal connections rather than merit.
