      Wonderful company with a great mission they really believe in

      Pros

      The people at this company have huge hearts, a solid mission and top in the industry hires. I loved working here. They have great fun activities for personnel bonding and it is a great family environment. Work-life balance is great and even the CEO cares about every one of the employees and makes himself available.

      Cons

      There are definitely "favorites" and not everyone is valued as much as a select few. Individuals territories are not taken into account, so you could walk into a "money" territory and be considered a superstar or you could get a much more difficult territory and be considered sub-par.

      Company values Company mission - address literacy needs of all children through technology Weekly company meetings - company transparency People and culture

      Cons

      Growing pains as IL transitions from a start-up to a more corporate atmosphere. Not a lot of opportunities to grow or advance within the company. 401k match
