11yThank you so much. Our field employees really do such amazing work! Interesting advice too. It's interesting to note that our support team trainer is currently creating new ways to offer the support team more formal training which will lead to more consistent ways of measuring performance.

11yIt's so great to feel valued, even if the work can be challenging at times. As the company continues to grow at a rapid pace, employees are continuously looking for the best ways to update systems and procedures, but sometimes it takes trial and error to get it right.
Also, it's good to note that Imagine Learning has a Great Place to Work Committee where representatives from each department gather to discuss workplace and culture issues. They are genuinely interested in the feedback these reviews have offered. So thank you for the feedback!
