Pros

Everyone likes to roll up their sleeves for the benefit of the customers. We are interested in making sure that we have a product that works for kids and that can be integrated with ease in the schools and districts. The company cares about it's employees. We have great benefits. We celebrate our wins but get right back to work. There is a culture of watching out for each other, people really do care!

Cons

The company has grown fast in the last year and will continue. The processes and standardizations need to improve to accommodate the changes and growth.

Pros

The people at Imagine Learning are great to work with. The mission of the company is stellar. The benefit package is decent, with great sick leave, good bonuses, and paid time off.

Cons

Company is growing fast, and better processes need to be in place.

Pros

I really enjoy the team atmosphere. I work with great people who are committed to making a difference in the lives of students. Imagine Learning has a fast-paced, creative environment that gives adequate space for my ambition while giving me the direction I need to succeed. I especially enjoy the fact that I work for a company that is striving to bring success to a variety of students, and I can see how my efforts really do make a difference.

Cons

I have a difficult time thinking of cons, but it is challenging that the company is growing so fast, since this increases the workload. But I happen to like a good challenge.
