      Pros

      The people are great. The company could be great. Being a field person makes my life easier. Everything is actually really great, just avoid corporate.

      Cons

      They intentionally mislead customers. Sales people sale a product that does not exist. The company will try and weasel their way out of paying employees back for money spent. Don't spend anything on your personal card and do not spend a lot of time in your own car. If they can question the cost, they will, and they won't pay you back. Get everything in writing. If it isn't in a written document some place, they will not honor their word.

Honesty in the workplace is paramount to what we do, and we make every effort to emulate this value. We have a generous reimbursement policy and have had very few complaints about it. Bottom line: come and talk to us!

      Great job, great company

      Pros

      There's always work to do, great people to work with, fun, free food, lot's of growth, great benefits.

      Cons

      In my job position, there is usually more to get done than there is time to do it. But that is kind of just accepted and we do as much as we can. Everyone also helps each other out, which makes it easier.

      Pros

      The people at Imagine Learning are fun, smart, and hard-working. My experiences have been very positive. The seven company values can be seen in the actions of the people and in the policies of the company. The company pantry, sick leave policy, and the bonus time off for the holiday's all show appreciation to members of the team.

      Cons

      Managing the growth has presented challenges at time, but those have been good problems.
