      Pros

      High company values. Awesome product. Great people/management. Great sense of purpose. Company just keeps growing and moving forward. No tolerance for political games. An "all in this together" mentality. Strong emphasis put on having fun.

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for individual growth.

      Pros

      Imagine Learning has a great company culture with a great product. The company cares about its employees with lots of great perks. The company is very unified and has been growing rapidly in recent years.

      Cons

      Imagine Learning is in a tough market because they sell to public school systems. This means that at any time the future might look bleak, so far however the company has been growing strongly.

      Meaningful work, highly capable workforce, generous compensation. Many perks I've never seen before in any company. People are treated well.

      Cons

      Like any other company, Imagine Learning faces the challenges of growth in a difficult ecomony.
