Out of touch management

Pros

Working from home. Some colleagues are great.

Cons

Out of touch management. Unreasonable expectations with inequitable salaries and customer loads. Those who have been in the position for years make less than those who have been recently hired yet the veterans are left to train the newly hired. Management promised salary adjustments to veterans, but they have yet to see any "adjustment." Motivation is low because no one feels heard or valued.

Pros

Working remote is great, coworkers are helpful

Cons

The company is now only focused on acquiring new companies and not doing any work to improve the ones they already have and sell to customers. It went from being customer focused to being bottom dollar focused.

Pros

CSM Team is wonderful to work with but turnover is high.

Cons

Laid off due to reduction in force in less than 6 months. My opinion is that the products are ancient and competitors are focusing on it effecting new business and renewals. Onboarding process was non existent.
