Pros

Great pay, year end closure, and benefits.

Cons

Constant change due to mergers and acquisitions make it hard to keep projects going when people involved are moved, let go, or leave.

Pros

The company has an excellent mission. It's satisfying to be involved in improving student life and performance. Co-workers are awesome for the most part.

Cons

While I can't speak for the company as a whole, there are particular teams (customer onboarding) where management is heavily pushing toward replacing full-time employees with contractors to save money. In fact, management of these teams have been told to think of numbers before people. I can't confirm that this is happening all over the company, but where there's smoke, there's usually fire. So if you're going into a job with this company, just be aware that you may not be there for a very long time.
