Negative changes

Pros

My teammates, supervisors, and managers have all been great. There's opportunity for growth and, until recently, we got regular raises and bonuses.

Cons

Many roles used to be entirely remote and now they're requiring employees who live close to the major offices to go in at least 2 days a week. There have been many rounds of layoffs and we didn't get raises this year.

Out of touch management

Pros

Working from home. Some colleagues are great.

Cons

Out of touch management. Unreasonable expectations with inequitable salaries and customer loads. Those who have been in the position for years make less than those who have been recently hired yet the veterans are left to train the newly hired. Management promised salary adjustments to veterans, but they have yet to see any "adjustment." Motivation is low because no one feels heard or valued.
