Pros

Great products, strong benefits, remote work supported

Cons

Spinning leadership, constant yearly layoffs (top-tier talent), inexperienced hires in key roles, company does not value employees, no vision, constantly starting over processes, no employee longevity, massive exits.

Pros

Remote work with nice co-workers

Cons

Human resources are a bunch of creepy woman that sexually harass and discriminate. They also allow the supervisor's to also promote based solely on race. If their name starts with a J they are extra terrible. Wow. So creepy. Surprised no one has gone to jail.

Pros

Still some good people there.

Cons

When WeldNorth let the culture of Edgenuity take over, it destroyed the moral and genuiness of Imagine Learning. The new leadership, all they care about is the sale and not the end user. The Regional Managers have no interest in the well being of their teams, unless you were already part of their dark family, anyone else, you are an outcast for caring for your customer needs.
