Pros

There are some very nice people and I met some great friends!

Cons

The managers are a joke. You get promoted if you are a "yes" person. There is no open door policy and they will find a way to get rid of you if you say anything about what doesn't make sense or doesn't work in the field. The time off is nice, however there is no time to take vacation because some CSMs have WAY too much work. And, you have to make sure you are the assistant to your salesperson because they run the show.

Avoid the IT Department

Pros

The user base is generally very nice.

Cons

Horrendous IT management that stems from the fact Imagine Learning is actually a bunch of much smaller companies acquired by a hedge fund and glued together. An enterprise environment cannot be governed by individuals with absolutely no experience in the field whatsoever. No manager or director should ever be "learning on the job"; they're hired for their existing knowledge, not because they play golf with the VP. No room for growth in this department because there's no oversight or accountability.
