Pros

I work with many good co-workers.

Cons

The pay is poor and unlikely to improve; in my field there is no room for career growth.

Ok as far as capitalism goes

Pros

As far as capitalism goes, not a bad company to work for (not actively destroying lives etc), strong mormon roots means strong work-life balance and fertility benefits.

Cons

Senior leadership seems to be flailing and doesn't have a long term plan. I was laid off (with no indication that layoffs were coming) with 1 week of severance per year of service.

Horrible Company

Business Outlook

Pros

Some employees can work remotely.

Cons

This company has terrible management that is unintelligent. The leadership lacks critical thinking skills. The pay is very low and far below the industry standard. The products have many problems. The technology department is difficult to reach and frequently does not help customers or employees.
