Pros

pay is good, but that's about it

Cons

company leaders went woke. Fired many great people who just wanted medical freedom, made up petty reasons for doing so to avoid legal issues.

Bias, politics, unfulfilled commitments

Pros

Compensation was above average when I was there. Changes happening now so not sure if that is still true. Benefits also good.

Cons

Leadership does not listen to managers or employees and hides behind good intentions while doing it. Consistently said one thing and did another. Profit before product.

Pros

If you are in sales they treat you better than everyone else.

Cons

The parent company Weld North only cares about making money not helping kids. They also pretend that diversity matters but just look at how white and male dominated leadership is.
