Where do I start? The leadership in the Instructional Services department is juvenile, emotionally stunted, reactionary, dishonest, and paranoid. The pay is very low, compared to other departments and especially compared to competitors. Processes are redundant, based on "the way we've always done it" and not reality based. If you are going to work here, CYA... get good at the blame game.

Low pay, poor communication in higher management, falsely advertises for the student but more for playing the part, poor financial management, want employees to have robotic responses and do not want personable teachers.
