Pros

Good amount of PTO received (if full time)

Cons

Upper management has completely lost touch with the fact that we are working with real life children. They beat the hardest workers mentally until all they could reasonably do was quit for their own mental health. If they didn’t like you, you were ostracized and cornered constantly.

Pros

It feels good to work on a product that helps improve kids lives

Cons

Yearly layoffs always feel like they are right around the corner. They finally got me.

Pros

Remote work that is pretty easy. Not bad PTO. Good way for transitioning teachers to get their foot in the door of the corporate life.

Cons

Very low pay. They do almost everything in the most inefficient way possible, and are not open to feedback or questions. Their departments' goals are often contradictory.
