Pros

From the interview and onboarding, I felt like I was joining a family. Every employee I've met has a common positive energy and work ethic that moves us forward. An added bonus is that we all get paid Holiday time from Christmas Eve through New Year's Day!

Cons

Mergers and acquisitions make for a lot of surprises but we've got it handled!

Pros

-Work from home -Got to work with schools

Cons

- Implemented a new program right before school started. School's were incredibly upset and I had to be the face of it. - Religion is a big factor here (majority Mormon at the headquarters). So many people asked me about my religion. - Pay was not enough for where I was living- I was managing 20+ districts and getting paid less than a teacher in my state.

Pros

If you get a good team, it can be awesome! Good perks. Would be better if there was better inter-team interaction and communication.

Cons

Slow moving, sales people have no accountability and are definitely the most valued members of the company. Weld North (the investment company that owns IL) often makes strange interruptions and changes.
