Pros

Great health benefits. Good PTO policy. Paid days off accumulate quickly over time. A full week of company shut down during December. Most people are previous educators or have education experience, which brings kindness and professionalism.

Cons

Because it's such a large company, it is difficult to get a pulse on the directions that the company is moving. There is a lot of answering questions with more questions. Their change management has not historically been very good. They hire new people and then make sweeping changes with little warning.

Pros

Flexible hours, remote, decent benefits

Cons

IL has "restructured" more times than I can count. C-suite execs are constantly coming and going leading to very little consistency

Pros

I loved the people and the company where I worked for over a decade.

Cons

Since new ownership in 2022, they have had 4 mass layoffs. They lie to keep people to stay secure, and then hold mass layoffs. There is zero job security.
