      Pros

      The product teams are great -- smart people doing great work developing ed-tech products.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is uninspiring, lacking vision, and they keep cutting from the wrong places. IL has not been immune from the tech scale-backs but they have made indiscriminate cuts even from parts of the company that are growing. Leadership has been unsuccessful in galvanizing staff towards a shared vision for the company that motivates. They are well versed at acquiring products, but not at maturing and growing those products.
