Pros

- The company is well established - Product creation and improvements are well supported - There are good courses available to understand their products as well as to gain skills - The benefits are really good, including a week off between Christmas and New Years

Cons

- Management miscalculated at the beginning of 2022 when drawing up budgets. They expected the Federal and State governments to continue to provide extensive Covid funding to districts for online education in 2022, which did not happen. This resulted in a massive lay off of staff and the people left behind having to take on more work. - Salaries for Product Managers are below the industry standards.

Pros

the product, the original product, was amazing, easy to sell, easy to believe in; easy to make my own schedule.

Cons

the management, the lack of leadership, lack of communication, unwillingness to change or to hear ideas from employees that could have made the company better
