Pros

Great hard working gunuine people and worthy cause. Helping students achieve success with reading is worthy for sure.

Cons

I have very little negatives to say. There is a large discrepancy between work load ad pay between sales and support staff. Not a good thing to focus on if you want to stay happy.

Pros

I fantastic mission. Bringing literacy to the children of the world is something excellent to be a part of. The people that I worked with are fantastic and really have a passion for helping children succeed. I enjoyed every minute of my time spent working with Imagine Learning!

Cons

Normal growing pains...Every company that is going through a transformation into a potential global entity is going to have them. Some people complain and some people embrace and some people leave.

Pros

Imagine Learning has a lot of momentum and has a great name in schools and districts around the nation. It has been a great place for me to work and I've appreciated the opportunities they've given me. The program is very solid and they are continuing to make it better and better.

Cons

Just as in all small businesses, there aren't as many opportunities for career advancement. Climbing the ladder is a hard thing to do at a company like Imagine Learning and there are only a handful who have been able to do it. I don't think it's a politics thing as much as it's a function of there just not being enough need to create additional leadership positions.
