Likewise, our sales team members are dedicated, passionate, and persistent—and they have been extremely successful. We have industry-standard sales incentives in place, and we feel they are working well, motivating the sales team to deliver consistently good results. Given the above dynamics, we don't tolerate "abusive behaviors." We strongly encourage you to speak to your manager or human resources if you feel that unjustified things are happening so we can work to remedy the problems. We recently implemented a new communications channel for all employees to stay informed of important information, and we think it's working well!
