Pros

Family-friendly work environment; supports work-life balance. Excellent leadership and people throughout the entire organization. The people work-hard and play-hard, super fun place to work. Most importantly, the mission and values are engrained in the company's culture, they are not just words but they are truly upheld. It is extremely fulfilling to work for a company that has a position impact children’s futures.

Cons

Company based in Provo, UT, therefore, the predominate religion is too much apart of the company culture.

Culture, high growth over last few years. Outperforming the industry average. Great work/life balance. Great COO.

Cons

Growing pains as founder has phased out of leadership role. Unclear vision that led to biting off too much in 2012, which caused layoffs.

Remote work. Decent pay. Great coworkers.

Cons

Leadership. Constant layoffs. Private equity doing what private equity does best - stripping a once thriving company for parts. Outsourcing everything and everyone possible either to India or AI. Make do with less. Who needs QA?
