Great staff support, casual work environment, flexible, and is generally a fun place to work. Opportunities to move up within Imagine.

Cons

High turnover, little to no transparency, expectations high for staff in needs to be flexible and a team player, yet I did not see that in management.

Care a lot about everyone in the disabilities community, they really go above and beyond Its a rewarding job Benefits are great Coworkers are awesome and so are supervisors

Cons

Can be tiring due to long hours or physical work

Growing in the company is pivotal to any organization. Imagine! has a program to enable future leaders the opportunity to work with current leaders as mentors. Imagine! also has a succession plan for each department within the organization and employees only have to share with their supervisors of their interest so they can help with that plan.

Pros

Imagine is very supportive of their employees. The communication between employees and managers is wonderful. There are opportunities for advancement. Depending on which department you work in, the job can present challenges, but there's a great sense of team-work that helps immensely.

Cons

The compensation isn't always wonderful - understandable for a non-profit. Sometimes it can be difficult to find life-work balance, as the work can be exhausting.
